IHI TURBO AMERICA (ITA), located in Shelbyville, Il., is a wholly owned subsidiary of IHI (Ishikawajima Harima Heavy Industries, Ltd.) of Tokyo, Japan. ITA designs, markets, manufactures and distributes turbocharger products for internal combustion engine applications in North America.

ITA is committed to supplying products and services that meet or exceed our customers' requirements. By establishing this policy, we are striving for our operation to be free from any and all defects. In order to enable us to achieve these objectives, we have implemented a QS9000/ISO9001 certified quality system.

In addition, ITA markets and distributes other IHI products, such as compressors, centrifuge separators and filters for a wide variety of applications. These state of the art products enjoy a high market share in Japan and other parts of Asia and will provide exceptional performance, durability and economic benefits to North American customers.
